Effective Date: January 19, 2026 (Updated to integrate and combine all prior policies, disclaimers, terms, notices, and legal statements into a single comprehensive document) By accessing or using this website, purchasing any product, or engaging any services from Champion Amusements LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to sales, repairs, refurbishment, maintenance, delivery, transportation, technical support, events, or any related activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms combine, incorporate, and supersede all prior policies, disclaimers, notices, representations, warranty statements, shipping policies, liability disclaimers, product and service disclaimers, copyright notices, software disclaimers, slot machine policies, general disclaimers, and any other legal terms previously published or communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance. No verbal or prior written modifications apply unless formally amended in writing by the Company.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You may not use our site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Unauthorized attempts to access, disrupt, or damage our website are strictly prohibited.

2. Products and Services

All products and services displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, services, and pricing without prior notice, at any time.

PRICES – All prices published by us or quoted by our representatives may be changed at any time without notice. Due to fluctuating market conditions, written quotations expire automatically 24 hours from the date issued and subject to change or termination with verbal or written notice during that period. All verbal quotations are good for 24 hours and all quotations and prices are subject to adjustment on account of new specifications, modifications, quantities, shipment methods or other terms and conditions which are not part of the original price quotation. Prices quoted on our site or via phone or email are Freight On Board: Origin and are exclusive of all city, state, and federal taxes, freight, handling and other similar charges unless specifically listed in a written quote, and payment of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser (Buyer). If Champion Amusements LLC pays any such tax or charge, Purchaser will, within five business days, reimburse the same. Purchaser is responsible for obtaining and providing to us any certificate of exemption or similar document required to exempt any sale from sales, use or similar tax liability if items are being bought for resale. Champion Amusements assumes no liability once shipping agent possesses a purchased item.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal).
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or security issues caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their terms and policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of information on our site, but we do not guarantee completeness or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Amusements LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

PATENTS – We assume no obligation or liability of any kind with respect to infringements or alleged infringements of United States or foreign patents, copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights arising out of the Purchaser’s purchase, use, possession, sale or delivery of any products sold hereunder. The Purchaser shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from infringements or alleged infringements of United States or foreign patents, copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary specifications provided by the Purchaser. No sale of any product shall be construed as granting to the Purchaser any license or other right in or to any patent, copyright, trademark or other proprietary right applicable to the product.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champion Amusements LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or other users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.

MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION – The Purchaser agrees that any dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to, or in connection with any purchase, agreement or transaction, or its interpretation, with Champion Amusements LLC, or any of its agents, shall be settled exclusively and finally by arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Lucas County, Ohio.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised Terms. 

SEVERABILITY – In the event that any provision or portion of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions or portions of this Agreement shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ADDITIONAL OR INCONSISTENT TERMS – Terms and conditions set forth in any document provided by the Purchaser which differs from or conflicts with, or are not included in the terms and conditions set forth in this document shall not become a part of any agreement between us (Champion Amusements LLC) and the Purchaser, unless such terms and conditions are specifically accepted by us in writing.

11. No Warranty Unless Explicitly Provided

Champion Amusements LLC provides no warranty of any kind unless a warranty is:  

• Clearly stated in writing,  
• Provided at the time of sale, and  
• Issued directly by Champion Amusements LLC.

If no written warranty is provided, the product or service is sold AS-IS with no warranty.

12. Maximum Warranty Period

If a warranty is provided in writing, the maximum warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
There are no exceptions and no extended warranties beyond one year.

13. No Verbal Modifications

Offers, statements, or assurances made by any employee, owner, agent, associate, or representative of Champion Amusements LLC cannot override, modify, or extend this written Warranty Policy unless a formal written amendment is issued and signed by the Company.

14. Coverage – What the Warranty Includes

If a written warranty is provided, it covers:  

• Craftsmanship defects 
• Manufacturing defects 
• Improper assembly performed by Champion Amusements LLC

Warranty coverage applies only to defects that arise under normal, intended, non-commercial use during the warranty period.

15. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does NOT cover:  

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling  
• Physical damage, drops, vandalism, or environmental exposure  
• Attempted repair or modification by anyone other than Champion Amusements LLC  
• Electrical damage caused by improper power, surges, or wiring  
• Accidents or acts of nature  
• Improper installation not performed by the Company  
• Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, fading, etc.)  
• Failure to perform regular maintenance  
• Damage caused by unapproved parts, components, or software

Wear-and-Tear Exclusions
Warranty does not cover wear items, including but not limited to:  

• Lights and bulbs  
• Coin mechanisms  
• Buttons and switches  
• Fuses  
• Belts, gears, bearings, pulleys  
• Consumable electrical components  
• Items expected to degrade through normal use

16. Commercial Use Voids Warranty

Any warranty is immediately and completely void if the machine or item is used in a commercial, public, rental, arcade, business, or revenue-generating environment.
Warranties apply to private, non-commercial use only.

17. Case-by-Case Warranty Approval

All warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Champion Amusements LLC.
We reserve the right to:  

• Deny any warranty claim  
• Determine whether a defect is covered  
• Request photos, videos, or inspection  
• Require the customer to return the item to us (at customer expense)  
• Offer repair, replacement, partial credit, or no remedy at all

Champion Amusements LLC may refuse any warranty claim for any reason at any time if the claim is found to be invalid, fraudulent, unsupported, outside coverage, or otherwise non-qualifying.

18. Customer Costs & Responsibilities

Unless otherwise stated in a written warranty, the customer is responsible for:  

• Shipping costs to and from the Company  
• Labor costs outside the warranty scope  
• Diagnostic fees for non-warranty issues  
• Returning defective parts if requested

19. No Liability for Consequential Damages

Champion Amusements LLC is not responsible or liable for:  

• Loss of use  
• Lost revenue  
• Travel costs  
• Downtime  
• Damage to personal property  
• Incidental or consequential damages of any kind

This applies regardless of the cause, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

20. Entire Warranty Agreement

This document represents the entire Warranty Policy of Champion Amusements LLC.
No other policies, written or verbal, apply.
This Warranty Policy overrides any and all warranties, promises, or guarantees made before this date, including those stated in listings, advertisements, prior website versions, or statements made by representatives.

21. As-Is and As Advertised

All products are sold as-is and exactly as described or photographed at the time of purchase.
Champion Amusements LLC makes no guarantees about performance, condition, longevity, or suitability beyond what is explicitly stated in writing.
The customer is responsible for reviewing all product photos, descriptions, and listing details prior to purchase.
Once a product leaves our possession (pickup or shipping), Champion Amusements LLC assumes no liability for any changes in condition, failures, or damage.

22. Shipping Options

Freight Shipping 

• Shipping is available primarily through freight carriers.  
• Buyers may request preferred carriers, but Champion Amusements LLC reserves the right to select the final shipping provider.  
• Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Local Pickup (Preferred Method)
Local pickup is strongly encouraged because it:  

• Allows the customer to inspect and test the machine before accepting it  
• Reduces the risk of shipping damage
  Local pickup is free unless special handling is required.

Third-Party Carrier Pickup 

• Buyers may use their own carrier or transport service.  
• Once the machine is released to a carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer.

23. Freight Shipping Risks & Limitations

Due to the size, age, weight, and nature of amusement equipment, all shipping carries inherent risks.
Champion Amusements LLC is not responsible for:  

• Any damage after the machine leaves our facility  
• Delays, lost freight, or carrier mishandling  
• Forklift or pallet damage  
• Broken glass, loose wiring, or internal shifting during transit  
• Operational or electrical issues caused by vibration, shipping conditions, or buyer installation environment

Once a machine is turned over to a freight carrier, the buyer assumes full responsibility and risk of loss.

24. Packaging Disclaimer

• We use pallets, crates, padding, and industry-standard packing materials.  
• Packaging methods vary by machine.  
• No packaging guarantees that an item will arrive undamaged.  
• By purchasing, the buyer accepts all risks associated with shipping.

25. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to:  

• Inspect all freight before signing  
• Photograph visible damage  
• Note damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)  
• Refuse severely damaged shipments

Signing the delivery receipt as “clear” or “received in good condition” may prevent any claim from being approved.
Champion Amusements LLC cannot file claims on behalf of the buyer unless required by the carrier.

26. Freight Damage Claims

• All freight damage claims must be filed by the buyer directly with the carrier.  
• Champion Amusements LLC does not reimburse for freight damage, repairs, lost freight, or replacement parts.  
• All repairs caused by freight damage are the responsibility of the buyer.

27. Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for:  

• Providing accurate shipping information  
• Ensuring accessibility for the carrier  
• Being present for delivery appointments  
• Providing adequate manpower for curbside delivery  
• Proper installation, setup, and wiring of the machine

Champion Amusements LLC is not responsible for operational issues caused by the buyer’s electrical/environmental conditions.

28. Missed Deliveries, Refusals, and Returns

If the buyer:  

• Misses delivery  
• Provides incorrect shipping information  
• Refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to seller error

Then the buyer agrees to pay:  

• Redelivery fees  
• Storage fees  
• Return freight costs

If an item returns to our facility and remains unresolved for 30 days, it may be considered abandoned.

29. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for freight damage.
Once picked up or shipped, the machine fully belongs to the customer.

30. Technical Support

Champion Amusements LLC provides free technical support for setup and basic troubleshooting.
This does not create any warranty, guarantee, or obligation.

31. Local Delivery by Champion Amusements LLC

No Liability for Property Damage
Champion Amusements LLC — including its owners, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, delivery personnel, and any third parties acting on its behalf — is not responsible or liable for any property damage that may occur during delivery or placement of any machine. This includes, but is not limited to damage to:  

• Floors, walls, doors, trim, and entryways  
• Carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, concrete, or other flooring  
• Stairs, railings, ramps, decks, or thresholds  
• Driveways, landscaping, exterior structures, garages, and walkways  
• Elevators, lifts, building infrastructure, or mechanical systems

All movement and handling of equipment on the buyer’s property is performed entirely at the buyer’s own risk, and the buyer agrees to hold Champion Amusements LLC and all associated parties harmless from any and all resulting damages.

Buyer Must Ensure Safe Access
The buyer must:  

• Ensure adequate clearance and pathways  
• Confirm the machine fits the desired location  
• Remove obstacles  
• Provide a safe environment

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, the machine may be left curbside or the delivery aborted with no refund or discount.

No Liability for Personal Injury
Champion Amusements LLC is not liable for injuries sustained by:  

• The buyer  
• Helpers or contractors  
• Anyone on the property  
• Pets or bystanders

Placement Disclaimer
Any assistance beyond curbside delivery—such as placing the machine inside a building, garage, home, or basement—is a courtesy only.
The buyer accepts all risks.

No Liability for Electrical Setup
Champion Amusements LLC does not verify or inspect electrical setups.
We are not responsible for:  

• Incorrect voltage  
• Tripped breakers  
• Faulty wiring  
• Environmental factors  
• Machine issues caused by the buyer’s location or installation conditions

Customer Acceptance (Written or Verbal)
Once the buyer accepts delivery— whether acceptance is written OR verbal —they:  

• Assume full ownership  
• Assume all associated risks  
• Release Champion Amusements LLC from all delivery-related liability

Acceptance includes but is not limited to:  

• Verbal confirmation  
• Signing delivery documents  
• Allowing the delivery team to leave the premises  
• Taking physical possession of the machine

32. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer when:  

• The item is picked up  
• The item is handed to a freight carrier  
• The item leaves Champion Amusements LLC property, even if Local delivery is arranged and in Champion Amusements, or its agents, care.

33. Product & Service Liability Disclaimer

Champion Amusements LLC sells all products and provides all repair, refurbishment, and technical services as-is and without any guarantee of future performance unless otherwise stated in a written warranty. By purchasing a product or service from Champion Amusements LLC, the purchaser agrees to the following terms:  

1. No Liability for Post-Sale Damage or Failure
Champion Amusements LLC is not responsible or liable for:

• Any damages, malfunctions, failures, or performance issues occurring after the item leaves our facility  
• Damage caused during shipping, freight transport, or delivery  
• Issues arising from improper handling, installation, wiring, electrical conditions, or buyer modifications
  All products are used at the buyer’s own risk.

2. Buyer Assumes Full Responsibility for Use & Operation
The purchaser is solely responsible for:

• Ensuring proper installation, setup, and maintenance  
• Using the machine safely and in accordance with all applicable laws  
• Verifying legal eligibility to own or operate amusement or slot-style machines
  Champion Amusements LLC does not monitor or guarantee the legality of machine ownership in the buyer’s jurisdiction.

3. No Liability for Direct, Indirect, or Consequential Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Amusements LLC and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Property damage  
• Lost profits or business interruption  
• Electrical damage  
• Personal injury  
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  regardless of whether they arise from use, misuse, improper installation, or malfunction of any machine or service.

4. No Liability for Customer Modifications, Repairs, or Third-Party Work
Any alteration, repair, wiring change, conversion, or modification performed by the purchaser or by a third party immediately voids any implied responsibility from Champion Amusements LLC.
Champion Amusements LLC does not warranty or endorse the work of any outside technician.  

5. Indemnification Clause
If a purchaser uses a machine illegally or in violation of state, federal, or local law, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Champion Amusements LLC.
This includes reimbursement to Champion Amusements LLC for:

• Legal defense costs  
• Attorney fees  
• Fines, penalties, or damages assessed as a result of the purchaser’s unlawful use or possession of a machine

6. No Liability for Advice or Technical Support
Any advice, setup assistance, troubleshooting, or support is provided as a courtesy only and does not create:

• A warranty  
• A guarantee  
• Any liability for damages resulting from such advice
  The buyer remains fully responsible for the machine and its operation.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, receiving, or using any product or service offered by Champion Amusements LLC, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.

34. Slot Machine Sales and Repair Policy & Legal Disclaimer

Champion Amusements LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells or repairs slot machine equipment for collectible and amusement purposes only. Because laws governing the sale, possession, and use of slot machines vary across the United States, the purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This disclaimer also applies to sales through third parties, such as eBay, Facebook, etc.

1. Collectible & Amusement Use Only
   Antique slot machines are sold for amusement and collector purposes only.
   They are not intended for gambling use of any kind, even if used with monetary currency.
   Note - We generally do not provide locks on the machines so the inside of the machine, and its contents, are easily accessible and inserted monies or coins can easily be removed. We cannot guarantee every machine sold has no lock.
2. Purchaser Responsibility
   By purchasing or bidding, or in any other way completing a sale on a slot machine, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether you can legally own, possess, or operate such equipment in your jurisdiction.
   Champion Amusements LLC cannot monitor laws in all 50 states and does not provide legal advice.
   Laws are subject to change. What may be legal today may not be in the future.
3. Restricted States
   In compliance with applicable laws, Champion Amusements LLC will not sell or ship slot machines to the following states:

• Alabama  
• Connecticut  
• Hawaii  
• Indiana  
• Nebraska  
• South Carolina  
• Tennessee

Any orders placed from these states will be cancelled and considered void. If a machine is purchased to which Champion Amusements ships, delivers or sells to a customer in one of these states accidentally or by mistake, the purchaser will hold Champion Amusements LLC harmless of all liability and damages. The customer will assume all legal liability. 

1. Antique Machines
   In many states, machines 25 years old or older are considered antiques and may be lawful to own.
   However, this varies by state, and it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to verify local requirements before completing a purchase, as well as verifying the age of the machine they are purchasing. 2. Lawful Use
   By completing a purchase, you agree to use the slot machine only for lawful purposes.
   Champion Amusements LLC assumes no liability for any misuse, unlawful operation, or resale of slot machines purchased from us.
3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
   Champion Amusements LLC or any of its agents shall not be held liable for:

• Purchases made in violation of local, state, or federal law.  
• Penalties, fines, or legal consequences incurred by the purchaser.  
• Errors or omissions in this policy, or changes in law after the effective date.  
• Damages, losses, or issues resulting from use, misuse, or repair of slot machines.

35. Indemnification:
If a purchaser buys a machine in violation of applicable laws and Champion Amusements LLC, or any of its agents, are investigated, fined, or charged as a result, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and reimburse Champion Amusements LLC, or any of its agents, for all related legal fees, costs, and expenses.
