All verbal quotations are good for 24 hours and all quotations and prices are subject to adjustment on account of new specifications, modifications, quantities, shipment methods or other terms and conditions which are not part of the original price quotation. Prices quoted on our site or via phone or email are Freight On Board: Origin and are exclusive of all city, state, and federal taxes, freight, handling and other similar charges unless specifically listed in a written quote, and payment of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser (Buyer). If Champion Amusemensts LLC pays any such tax or charge, Purchaser will, within five business days, reimburse the same. Purchaser is responsible for obtaining and providing to us any certificate of exemption or similar document required to exempt any sale from sales, use or similar tax liability if items are being bought for resale. Champion Amusements assumes no liability once shipping agent pocesses a purchased item.

The Purchaser shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from infringements or alleged infringements or United States or foreign patents, copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary specifications provided by the Purchaser. No sale of any product shall be construed as granting to the Purchaser any license or other right in or to any patent, copyright, trademark or other proprietary right applicable to the product. 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champion Amusements LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Lucas County, Ohio. MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION – The Purchaser agrees that any dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to, or in connection with any purchase, agreement or transaction, or its interpretation, with Champion Amusements LLC, or any of its agents , shall be settled exclusively and finally by arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised Terms. SEVERABILITY – In the event that any provision or portion of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions or portions of this Agreement shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

ADDITIONAL OR INCONSISTENT TERMS – Terms and conditions set forth in any document provided by the Purchaser which differs from or conflicts with, or are not included in the terms and conditions set forth in this document shall not become a part of any agreement between us (Champion Amusements LLC) and the Purchaser, unless such terms and conditions are specifically accepted by us in writing.

Champion Amusements LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides sales, maintenance, and repair services for amusement machines and related equipment. By purchasing products or requesting repair services from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all machines and equipment are sold “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or durability of products manufactured by third parties.

While we take care in performing repair and maintenance services, Champion Amusements LLC is not responsible for:

• Future malfunctions or breakdowns after repair is completed.
   
• Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or lack of regular maintenance.
   
• Indirect or consequential damages (such as lost revenue or business interruptions).
   

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Operate machines in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
   
• Ensure proper electrical, environmental, and safety conditions for all equipment.
   
• Arrange for ongoing maintenance as needed.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Amusements LLC disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, delivery, installation, use, or repair of amusement machines and equipment.

By purchasing products or requesting repair services, you agree to release and hold harmless Champion Amusements LLC, its employees, and contractors from any and all liability related to equipment performance or damages.

Any graphics/images on this site or any products are copyrighted by their original owners. Champion Amusements LLC makes no claim to such rights and uses and/or reproduces these graphics in respect of the original copyright holders.
